Jukstaposisi Hukum Allah: Mosaik Ajaran Yesus Dalam Matius 22:37-40

Mengasihi Allah dan sesama merupakan ekspresi fundamental dari iman. Hal ini menjadi dasar
dalam teologi Kristen, bahwa mengasihi merupakan wujud nyata dari iman kepada Kristus Yesus.
Teks Matius 22:37-40 diucapkan Yesus terkait dengan pertanyaan dari orang-orang Farisi dengan
maksud mencobai-Nya (22:34-36). Konteks ini masih menimbulkan kesulitan bagi orang Kristen
dalam mengintegrasikan kasih kepada Tuhan dan sesama secara seimbang. Bukan soal makna
mengasihi saja yang dipahami tetapi mengapa kedua hukum itu dijukstaposisikan oleh Yesus.
Masalah ini menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan dalam pemahaman dan penerapan sikap mengasihi.
Seperti apa dasar untuk membuktikan jukstaposisi dari kedua hukum mengasihi tersebut, menjadi
tujuan dari artikel ini. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan
intertekstualitas, yang menelusuri keterhubungan substansial antar-teks, baik Perjanjian Lama
maupun Perjanjian Baru. Penulis mengeksplorasi konteks mengasihi dengan memperhatikan
analisis teks, dan meninjau literatur terkait untuk menemukan jukstaposisinya. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa mengasihi Allah dan sesama adalah sebuah jukstaposisi yang meliputi: sifat
inkarnatif, kompendium hukum Taurat dan kitab para nabi, pengembalian pemahaman relasi
humanitas, sifat logika iman, kesempurnaan, penempatan prioritas, dan realisasi kemurahan hati.
Artikel ini juga memberikan kontribusi dalam merealisasikan hukum Allah pada konteks relasi
religiositas dan humanitas secara jukstaposisional.
