Studi ini menelaah makna dari klausa perbuatlah dengan segenap hatimu menurut Kolose 3:23. Penelitian ini berangkat dari alasan pentingnya spiritualitas kerja unsur tendik di STT Arastamar Wamena. Dengan metode kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi mendalam pada perilaku kerja para tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman pada teks Kolose 3:23 memunculkan kesan penting mengenai membentuk spiritualitas kerja setiap tindakan kerja tendik, dari sekadar kewajiban profesional menjadi bentuk ibadah yang terkait panggilan pelayanan secara prbadi maupun komunitas. Selain itu, analisis pada Kolose 3:23 menegaskan tentang motivasi dan spiritualitas kerja yang positif ikut memberi dampak pada mutu layanan pendidikan serta relasi kerja dalam lingkup internal maupun eksternal. Karena itu, temuan ini dapat berkontribusi pada pengembangan spiritualitas kerja setiap tendik karena memiliki karakter dan gairah kerja yang kontributif dan lebih bertanggung jawab bagi pengembagan lembaga demi mencapai kepuasan pengguna.
